ONE ROCK, ONE STORY

First Event: Collaboration with NAMI on October 1st

We collaborated with NAMI and hosted one of the main booths in the annual NAMI Walks event. Over 1000 people attended this event, and keynote speakers included baseball legend and suicide survivor Drew Robinson from the Giants. More than 100 people stopped by our booth, and we were able to not only see our community connected together but also helped that connection become stronger. Through every rock that was painted, there was a personal story that was conveyed by the artist. Many felt comfortable to share what their rock meant to them, but in our opinion, the most incredible and enjoyable part of this project was that it allowed people the ability to be in control and freely express a message comfortable and to an extent to which they wanted to. We are so grateful to have had this opportunity and look forward to continue this project to impact even more lives and connect more communities.
